Our values outline what is important to us, as well as what we expect from our employees.
The foundation of our values is patient centricity. Patients are our North Star and are at the center of our mission and the reason why we do what we do. Our values are also interdependent: we cannot expect open conversations and transparency without mutual respect, and we cannot expect to innovate without ensuring employees have the opportunity to grow and learn.
We recognize that we may have high expectations, but it is for patients, and out of respect for each other that we demand such excellence. Our progress depends on us being a strong team, and to do that we must each represent these values, and foster a culture of respect that celebrates diversity and honors each other’s differences.
