John Jacoppi

VP, US Marketing for Aficamten

John serves as our Vice President, US Marketing for Aficamten. He joined Cytokinetics in December 2022.

Prior to joining Cytokinetics, John led marketing organizations for leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, and Organon. Early in John’s career, he spent time in sales and analytical functions, including market research, data analytics, forecasting. He has also led large commercial operations teams and built patient-centricity programs at multiple companies.

Mr. Jacoppi holds a B.A. degree from University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Management focused on Marketing and Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

John resides in beautiful Narragansett, RI with his wife, Nécole, and enjoys the beach, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family and friends.
