Fostering Diversity in our Workforce

We strive to build a diverse workforce with representation from women and minorities that aligns with or exceeds industry benchmarks, and we do so by relying on the integration of diversity-focused hiring practices. We pursue partnerships and outreach programs with organizations that promote the hiring of women, individuals who are Black/African American and Hispanic/Latinx, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. We also foster relationships with universities and organizations that champion minority hiring programs, and support Early Talent programs with targeted outreach to academic institutions to identify underserved students for internships and post-doctorate programs. Through these efforts the diversity of our workforce continues to increase year over year.
