Joseph Dagher

SVP, Head of Europe

Joseph joined us as Senior Vice President, Head of Europe in July 2023.

Joseph has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked with GSK, AstraZeneca, Schwarz Pharma, Actelion, and Jazz Pharmaceuticals. He has held various roles and responsibilities, gaining significant experience in sales, marketing, market access, and general management across multiple geographies, including Europe, Canada, Australia, and emerging markets. Joseph has worked with multiple business models, including Rare and Orphan diseases, Cardiology, and Hematology/Oncology.

In his most recent role, Joseph served as Hematology/Oncology BU Head for Europe and International Markets at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In his previous role as General Manager of Europe and International at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Joseph successfully built and designed a full commercialization structure, leading more than 200 employees and launching two new drugs.

Joseph is a graduate of Saint Joseph University Beirut, Lebanon, with a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree. He also holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Biopharmaceutical Management from ESCP- European Business School Paris, France.

Joseph enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah, and their two children, Laura and Thomas. He also loves traveling with his family and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. Joseph is a wine enthusiast and particularly enjoys tasting Rhone Valley wines in France. In his leisure time, he volunteers as a coach for young basketball players and is also a devoted fan of the Golden State Warriors.
