Eric Brown

VP, Information Technology

Eric was appointed Vice President of Information Technology in 2024. 

Eric first joined Cytokinetics in March 2018 as Senior Director, IT infrastructure & Operations and CISO, overseeing and enhancing the reliability of our technical infrastructure, increasing the efficiency and quality of user support services, and driving improvements in cybersecurity and IT compliance across the company. 

In his career, Eric has led IT infrastructure & operations, cybersecurity, application development, and enterprise architecture efforts at companies such as Gilead Sciences, Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, and Jazz Pharmaceuticals.  

Eric is married with two kids and enjoys just spending time with family and friends.
