Katia Finck

VP, Head of Market Access Europe

Katia joined us Vice President, Head of Market Access Europe in August 2023. She has over 20 years of professional experience in Market Access, Pricing and Policy in the biopharmaceutical industry. She is an accomplished Market Access executive with a successful track record in developing and executing Access and Pricing strategies in rare diseases, oncology/hematology, vaccines and ophthalmology.

During her time at Amgen, Onyx, Shire, GSK, Shire and Allergan, she has led strategic initiatives leading to successful launches. While at Shire, Katia was appointed by the European Commission as an expert on the pharmaceutical industry to advocate EU public policy positions.

In her most recent role, Katia established a cross-functional Market Access and Value team within Global Blood Therapeutics. She has successfully implemented Access, Pricing, HTA, and HEOR strategies in the European and the Gulf markets. She has been appointed to oversee Government Affairs, Patient advocacy, and communications to ensure alignment and execution.

Katia has an academic background in Biochemistry, coupled with a Masters in Health Marketing from the University of Paris and a Masters in Pharmaco-Economy from the University of Lyon.

Katia is French and fluent in German and English.  She lives in Switzerland with her family and enjoys running and outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing.
