Katia Finck

VP, Head of Market Access Europe

Katia joined us as Vice President, Head of Market Access Europe in August 2023.

She has over 20 years of professional experience in market access, pricing and policy in the biopharmaceutical industry. She is an accomplished market access executive with a successful track record in developing and executing access and pricing strategies in rare diseases, oncology/hematology, vaccines and ophthalmology.

Prior to joining Cytokinetics, Katia established a cross-functional Market Access and Value team at Global Blood Therapeutics. She successfully implemented access, pricing, HTA, and HEOR strategies in the European and the Gulf markets.

Prior to Global Blood Therapeutics, she led strategic initiatives and successful launches at Amgen, Onyx, Shire, GSK, Shire and Allergan. While at Shire, Katia was appointed by the European Commission as an expert on the pharmaceutical industry to advocate EU public policy positions.

Katia has an academic background in Biochemistry, coupled with a Master’s in Health Marketing from the University of Paris and a Master’s in Pharmaco-Economy from the University of Lyon.

Katia is French and fluent in German and English. She lives in Switzerland with her family and enjoys running and outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing.
