Sandra Fournier, Pharm.D.

VP, General Manager France & Benelux

Sandra joined Cytokinetics as the Vice President and General Manager of France and Benelux in January 2025.

A pharmacist by training with over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Sandra has successfully launched multiple products in rare diseases and HIV. She has also built
several biotech companies from the ground up. Her expertise spans a wide range of therapeutic areas, including infectious diseases, rare diseases, onco-hematology, always choosing projects that are meaningful to her, with the patient at the heart of her priorities.

Prior to joining Cytokinetics, Sandra served as General Manager of France at Moderna, where she successfully established the French affiliate and played a critical role in managing the
COVID-19 pandemic crisis. She previously held various leadership positions at biotech and pharmaceutical companies, including Sarepta Therapeutics, Shire, Allergan, InterMune, Janssen-
Cilag, and Boehringer Ingelheim.

Sandra holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management from Université Paris Cité.

Married with two daughters, Sandra is based in Paris. She enjoys traveling and connecting with nature, whether by the ocean or in her garden. She stays active with Pilates and fitness and
loves literature and Impressionist art.
