Tricia Ottaviani

VP, US Aficamten Marketing

Tricia joined us as Vice President of US Aficamten Marketing in March 2025. 

Tricia has more than 20 years of pharmaceutical experience leading brands ranging from pre-launch to LOE, with experience across sales, marketing operations, and US and global brand marketing. Prior to joining Cytokinetics, she was the Vice President of US Rheumatology and Gastroenterology Marketing at Pfizer, responsible for driving the growth and commercialization of a diverse portfolio of products, including biosimilars, multi-indication small molecules and the launch of an innovative asset in GI.   

Tricia received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Communications from Albright College and a Master of Business Administration, Health Care Management from The University of Scranton.  

Tricia lives with her husband, Nate, their two active sons, and their golden retriever, Gus. When not at work, you will find Tricia at a sports field cheering on the boys’ baseball and football teams, or watching their beloved Philly sports teams.
