The Next Generation ofBiotech Professionals
At Cytokinetics we are dedicated to supporting the next generation of biotech professionals through our annual Cytokinetics Internship Program. We believe that investing in enthusiastic students and recent graduates brings fresh perspectives and insights to our teams and we take pride in providing opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects. Through our Internship Program we aim to provide a challenging and rewarding experience to build a strong foundation for a career in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Interns who join our program will gain valuable hands-on experience and exposure to the biotech industry throughout the summer from our lunch and learn series on the biotech industry. Interns can also look forward to social events including day trips and outings, as well as our annual Employee Appreciation Day event held each summer. Interns also have the opportunity to build their presentation skills through a final presentation, organized at the end of the summer for colleagues and senior management.
Each summer we offer several paid internships at our South San Francisco headquarters. Internships take place for approximately 10-12 weeks, beginning in late May or June. Internships are posted online at the end of December, and selections will be made between January and March.
